    Previous Stock Tips:

It's time for the stretch run in your fantasy leagues and there's much still to be done for fantasy managers. Key players have gotten injured, other supposed studs are under performing, and your team is in trouble! The goal of this column is to help you sift through the trade market. By using our stock tips, you'll be able to make a successful trade or two so that you can take down your league's title! Here's how we'll break them down:

Stock Up - Here's a player that you should consider unloading from your team. His value is at its peak and it's time to sell before his stock drops.
Stock Down - For whatever reason, this player's value is lower than it should be, which translates into an excellent trade target for you!

Lets start with the players to trade, Stock Up!

Stock Up

Ben Roethlisberger , Steelers QB-Yeah he has put of some decent numbers recently but with Parker in the backfield I don't see him putting up numbers like that week in and week out. He is overvalued. Start looking to get rid of him especially now he cannot get any hotter!

Marshawn Lynch, Bills RB - I know it is hard to get rid of a rookie running back but he won't be able to keep it up. Remember the QB situation is unstable and with that comes a lot of defenses stacking the box to challenge them. Not to mention rookies always die off in the 2nd half of the season.

Anquan Boldin , Cardinals WR - This one is hard to do but if you look at the stats and yardage you will see that Fitz is the better option. Boldin did have 2 TD's but only 29 yards. Also look at the QB situation. If you can trade him now for a top receiver do it and thank me later.

Wes Welker, NE WR - WOW! He did it again. This is the 2nd week he has been on our list. It's like dumping a super model and hoping another one will show up. Trust us another one will be knocking on the door. There is always someone in the league that just wants the hot player so pick his pocket and give him Welker. Remember he is still a slot receiver and the size of your little brother!

Now let's take a look at the Stock Down!

Stock Down

Rudi Johnson , Cincy RB - Most owners might be getting fed up with him right now due to injuries and the fact that Watson has stepped up. Well now it's your time. Send a trade for him the Bengal's defense is so bad it makes him a great pick up. He will see the field a lot more and will come back with a chip on his shoulder. WHO DEY!

Frank Gore, SF RB - Most fantasy drafts had him in the top 5 picks. Owners have to be a little skeptical after his slow start and may be willing to entertain a trade. Despite the 49ers offensive struggles, Gore remains a top player. We talked about his value last week when Alex comes back so get off the recliner and try to pick him up.

Larry Fitzgerald , Arizona WR - With Boldin getting what seems to be all of the TD's some owners might be getting down on Fitz. Throw some trade bait out there and see what they want for him. He is going to lead the team in receiving and is too talented to not produce big numbers. Look for him to bounce back this week against the Bucs.

Jon Kitna, Lions QB - What has happened in the Motor City? Kitna is struggling but only in the fantasy aspect. So he hasn't thrown for a TD in 3 weeks. He has a rejuvenated backfield and this will open up the passing attack. It's just a matter of time before he goes for 40 one week and he does play Denver this week. I'm predicting 3 TD's.
