    Previous Stock Tips:

It's time for the stretch run in your fantasy leagues and there's much still to be done for fantasy managers. Key players have gotten injured, other supposed studs are under performing, and your team is in trouble! The goal of this column is to help you sift through the trade market. By using our stock tips, you'll be able to make a successful trade or two so that you can take down your league's title! Here's how we'll break them down:

Stock Up - Here's a player that you should consider unloading from your team. His value is at its peak and it's time to sell before his stock drops.
Stock Down - For whatever reason, this player's value is lower than it should be, which translates into an excellent trade target for you!

Lets start with the players to trade, Stock Up!

Stock Up

Lee Evans , Bills WR-Don't go chasing the rainbow!! He is a two week wonder, but since he has been hot send that trade. Look he played the Bengals. I think the "Pete" could have had that many yards. Defensive backs are going to start locking down on him , not to mention how solid is their passing game. I can't even name another receiver on the team.

Jamal Lewis , Cleveland RB - Breaking news, Jamal is out of jail and running for 1 yd touchdowns. Yeah the offense is clicking on all cylinders but if you can afford to get rid of him do it his value is not going to get any higher. Besides with the offense they have how many more 1 yd carries will he get. My guess is that most of the TD's will be from Edwards and Winslow.

Shaun McDonald , Detroit WR - I know there is someone is your league who is looking for that hot wideout. Send him McDonald and pick his pocket. With the talent the Lions have he isn't worth starting on a weekly basis. They spread the ball to much to trust him. Try to package him with someone else and improve your team for the long run.

Justin Fargas , Raiders RB - Here is the problem, Oakland has more running backs than Hefner has girlfriends. Each week one looks hotter than the other. Even if he is the starter I would deal him. Their offense is far from stellar and he can be easily stopped. Not to mention they play Chicago and Minnesota the next two games. Teams are going to make Oakland beat them in the air which doesn't make Fargas a starter in my eyes.

Now let's take a look at the Stock Down!

Stock Down

Cedric Benson , Bears RB - Some are going to say I'm crazy but I think Benson is going to step up especially this week against Oakland. He has taken a lot of heat from the media in recent weeks which has pissed him off. If you have a need at running back take the chance. Most owners are sick of having him not produce especially with the amount of carries he is getting every game.

Roy Williams, Lions WR - There hasn't been a colder number 1 wideout in the league. Look at the past 4 weeks! Not any more, take the chance. Kitna looks like he is back which bodes well for Williams. I am predicting a big game this week at Arizona. Jones has established the running game so the defense won't be able to key on all of the wideouts.

Larry Fitzgerald , Arizona WR - Yes we did have him on the list last week and he is staying here. This weeks game is going to be a shoot out. He is too much of a deep threat to not start producing. We know Boldin stole his TD's the other week so some owners might be ready to show him around.

Phillip Rivers, Chargers QB - I wouldn't consider him cold but he has not lived up to his fantasy potential. With the weapons available I think he is going to start producing like a top QB. He has been up and down all year and has a tough schedule ahead of him but watch out. I think he is going to throw all over the Colts with the threat of LT in the backfield.
