| Cotchery was one of the big fantasy surprises in '06, his first year as a full-time starter. I'm fairly skeptical about his chanches to reproduce last year's line, but he should still have some worth as a No. 3 fantasy WR. A healthy Chad Pennington should help his cause as well. |

| Being the 34-year old No. 1 receiver for the Bears doesn't earn a lot of fantasy stock with me. He has Rex Grossman throwing him the ball and Bernard Berrian is challenging "Moose" to become the team's top receiving target. |

Troy Williamson MIN |

| Remember when this guy was supposed to become the next Randy Moss in Minnesota? After two meager seasons to start his career, Williamson may be on the verge of realizing his much hyped potential. He's the de facto No. 1 WR and go-to guy for new starting quarterback Tarvaris Jackson. Also, Williamson had offseason eye surgery to correct his vision, which is another positive sign for potential draft suiters. |

| Galloway is getting up there in years (35) and he has had his fair share of injuries throughout his career, but there are reasons for optomism. He's the No. 1 WR for the Bucs, he's put together two straight 1000-yard seasons, and Tampa Bay has upgraded both the QB position (Jeff Garcia) and their offensive line. Look at Galloway as a No. 3 fantasy WR. |

| Okay, he was the number 1 overall draft pick and he's an athletic freak. But remember, he's still an NFL rookie and Roy Williams is still the go-to guy in Detroit. Look at CJ as a No. 3 fantasy option and take anything extra as icing on the cake. |

| Jackson is entering his 3rd year in the NFL and his 1st as the No. 1 guy in San Diego. In reality, Antonio Gates is the go-to guy in the passing game, but Vincent Jackson is the best option at wide receiver. On paper, Jackson looks like a great sleeper pick. |

Bernard Berrian CHI |

| The Moose (Muhsin Muhammad) may be the No. 1 WR on the depth chart in Chicago, but Berrian is the most exciting target for the Bears. He's a great deep threat and should have some big games this season. Look at him as a No. 3 fantasy WR or as a great bench option. |

Jerry Porter OAK |

| With the departure of Randy Moss, Porter is the No. 1 man in the passing game for Raiders. Jerry compiled nearly 2000 receiving yards during the 2004 & 2005 seasons before last year's disaster. He should rebound to become a solid No. 3 fantasy WR. |

Joe Horn ATL |

| How disappointed must Horn be to sign with a team expecting to play with Michael Vick, only to end up with Joey Harrington. Combined with his injury history, Horn on the edge of fantasy relevance as a low-end No. 3 fantasy WR. |

Eddie Kennison KC |

| Kennison is fading from fantasy relevance and he's probably only worthy of a bench spot on your squad. He's 34-years old, last season he failed to reach 1000 yards for the 1st time since 2003, and now he'll have to deal with the instability at the QB position. |
